Allies & Call to Arms

Mutual Defense and Mutual Aggression pacts have real teeth: your allies can fight beside you in an approved war.

How it works

  1. When a war is approved, eligible pact allies of both sides get a ⚔ Call to Arms message in chat with a clickable [Reinforce] button.
  2. An ally officer clicks it, or runs /nation war reinforce <ally> (naming the friend they're helping) during the warning window. Requires Manage Diplomacy.
  3. When the battle starts, that ally's online members spawn on their friend's side and fight.

Who can answer

  • A Mutual Defense Pact ally can join only when their friend is defending.
  • A Mutual Aggression Pact ally can join either an attack or a defense.
  • A neutral ally can't be pulled in at all — see Neutrality.

Glory only — no land or money changes hands for allies

Reinforcing allies fight for glory only. Captured land and reparations stay strictly between the two original nations — allies add fighters but win or lose no land or money of their own. You also can't reinforce if your own nation is already in a war, and only a nation whose own land is at stake can surrender the battle.
