Foreign Aid

Help (or bribe) another nation. From Nation Menu → Diplomacy → Foreign Aid (Java), pick a nation and send:

• Money - goes straight into their nation bank (requires Foreign Aid; same as /nation bank send <amount> <nation>).
• Items - open a box, drop items in, and on close they're delivered to the recipient's aid chest.

Receiving aid

The aid chest is at the bottom-right of the Diplomacy menu (labelled Received Aid). Collecting requires Foreign Aid. The chest holds 27 slots; if it's full, overflow is returned to the sender.

Whoever holds Manage Diplomacy in the receiving nation gets an in-game message when aid arrives - right away if online, or the next time they log in otherwise.
