Library & Letters

Nation Menu → Library (Java) is your nation's records and mail hub:

• Documents — a browsable list of your signed treaties, pacts, enemy markers, and pending proposals. Click one to accept/deny/cancel/break it.
• Write a Letter — pick a nation and compose a written message. Requires Manage Diplomacy.
• Received Letters (the chest, bottom-right) — your letterbox. Left-click a letter to read it in a book view; shift-click to discard it (needs Manage Diplomacy). Any member can read.

Anti-spam limits (defaults)

• A letterbox holds 27 letters at once.
• A single sending nation may occupy at most 5 of them at a time.
• Letters are capped at 256 characters.

These stop any one nation from flooding another's mailbox and locking out everyone else.
